In “Let It Take Root,” Part 3 of our series What’s On Your Mind?, Lead Pastor John Jarman explores what happens after we stop feeding the lie: we begin feeding our minds with truth and giving that truth authority over our decisions. God’s Word is meant to take root so deeply that it changes how we respond under pressure, speak to our families, face uncertainty, and walk through everyday life. Freedom grows as we surrender old patterns, receive the Word, and live out what Jesus is teaching us, one act of obedience at a time.

Discover how lies become mental strongholds, how to recognize the difference between conviction and accusation, and how to bring every thought into obedience to Christ. Freedom begins when we stop rehearsing the lie, break agreement with it, receive what Jesus says, and respond with our next obedient "yes". In this confronting message, Lead Pastor John Jarman exposes the thoughts that have been repeated so often they now feel like personality, wisdom, protection, or reality. A real wound may have caused real pain, but that does not mean every conclusion formed through that pain is true. Fear does not get the final word. Shame does not get the final word. Rejection does not get the final word. Jesus gets the final word!

In the opening message of the new series by, What's On Your Mind?, Lead Pastor John Jarman helps us explore how every thought has a source—and why not every thought deserves permission to remain. Through Romans 12:1–2, we discover that genuine transformation happens when the Holy Spirit renews our minds and brings our thoughts into agreement with Jesus. Fear, disappointment, offense, family history, and past experiences cannot be allowed to define what is normal or determine what we believe about God. If we want to live a supernatural life, we must learn to interpret every circumstance with God in the picture, break agreement with lies, and allow Jesus to redefine normal!

What does it really look like for Jesus to restore a family? In Week Two of Built Different - Lead Pastors John & Abby Jarman share a message titled: Restored Together...because the truth is; when Jesus restores the heart, He restores the house. Restoration doesn't begin with asking Jesus to change everyone around us—it begins with surrendering ourselves to Him. Through the progression HIM → ME → US → THEM, we discover how being restored to Jesus transforms our own hearts, changes the way we love, forgive, communicate, and relate to one another, and ultimately allows our families to become places where others can encounter Him. Whether you're believing for a restored marriage, a prodigal to come home, healing in a broken relationship, or freedom from generational cycles, restoration may begin with one simple prayer: Jesus, start with me.
